I like the advanced features in the paid plan such as the All Reviews Page which helps customers find the right product.

Ron was so helpful, and he did such and amazing job helping me setup my reviews. what he did in second would have taken me forever. he gets a 5 star rating all the way.

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

I am rating 5 star because online support Abraao was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. It was very easy setting up.

Currently in set-up but very impressed so far. I didn't realise you can easily import reviews collected elsewhere (including Etsy) which is absolutely brilliant if you're worried, as I was, about started with nothing.
