I am using the free version of the Judge Me app on our Shopify store. I love that Judge Me automatically forwards emails to our customers (which I have been able to customise) to remind them to write a review for the product they have purchased. We get a good result from these emails with over 50 verified reviews to date. I have found their customer service to be helpful on the few occasions I have needed to contact them.

Jess is awesome, without even asking she started to ask me perfect questions that fits with my teme, like "should i make the sstars your brand color" or "do you want me to remove the stars if there are no reviews"
She was truly amazing, she helped me with everything, while i could figure it all out myself she spared me a lot of time by explaining and doing things for me.

I think it's a great app. The features aside from customer reviews, which include customer support or everything you need and the support staff helped get us started by importing reviews from our prior hosting company. When we switched over to use Shopify, I give them a five-star review!
