I've been using Judge.me since 2022. Great app, lot of functionalities, and easy to set up and customize. Amazing customer service team, Daniel was great fixing some issue arised after some product changes I made in Shopify
There was an update that left me lost, as I was struggling to find where to change the color of something. Thankfully Hoang understood my struggle and kindle explained that it needed to be done by CSS code and that he could do it all from his end. Great and quick service!

Where do I even begin? The support team is by far the fastest I’ve ever experienced on the Shopify store. The app is absolutely incredible. It has everything you could need, not just for collecting reviews easily, but for displaying them in the most effective and visually appealing ways for your store. I couldn’t recommend it more!
