We needed assistance to install Judge.me, as we have an older site with some custom code. It took over a week for someone to respond, but once they did, it seemed that they did a good job of making the necessary changes. However, part of the functionality of our product pages got broken when they changed the code, and no one responded to multiple emails for help to resolve it.
The app looks ok, but the support service is lousy.

Worst App, does not show proper customer name, customer support is worst

Full names are shown only once the reviewer confirms their identity via a follow-up email. Extremely limited features. Be warned, if you decide to uninstall this app, their reviews will still pop-up on your store even after widgets are removed.
Support was absolutely no help. Just gaslit me and told me it wasn't their review app, when indeed it was. I ended up having to reinstall the app just to manually delete all of my reviews (only 25 at a time - such a pain and waste of time).

To confirm, it seems that our reviews/ratings were synced to the theme metafield, which can only be disabled within the theme. We might be able to disable this for you, for which we will need a collaborator access.
Appreciate you taking the time to remove the reviews manually to resolve this issue. Moving forward, we will work with the theme providers to make sure when the app is uninstalled, the metafield will be disabled as well.

Will the paid version of the app give me the ability to translate widgets into Polish???

Regarding your question, you can definitely change the default language of our widgets and email to Polish on the free plan. On the Awesome plan ($15/month), you can customize these translations even further.

The default translation is not at all accurate for the free program app and you cannot change it

After wasting 2 hours of my time, I deleted the app to find another one. Changing over from Product Reviews as a mandatory change from Shopify, this app was recommended. But they require their own .csv format which requires you to MANUALLY change each product link and date of review removing the TIME of the review manually and adding the LINK MANUALLY because it is different the the Product Views Export.
Unless you are a new business, save yourself a nightmare.

To clarify your concerns, it is possible to use the export file from the Product Reviews app and import it to Judge.me, without having to change anything. The time and product links only need to be added manually if the store wants to create their own CSV file.

Utilizzavo quest'app da anni con tantissimi e-commerce. Dopo vari aggiornamenti e un anno che non svolgo commercio online, sono tornato e l'ho nuovamente scaricata per il potenziale che AVEVA.
Ora è tutto a pagamento, dal loro logo nell'email (di richiesta recensioni) fino al comando più basilare, come il titolo di un email. Poi le funzioni sono diminuite, non è più possibile inserire recensioni dalla home, un cliente che acquista 10 pezzi, non può e non vorrà mai inserire 10 recensioni, a meno che non sia un amico! Questo va a discapito nostro, proprietari di negozi online.
Contattato più volte l'assistenza, in 3 persone non hanno potuto effettuare nessuna modifica perché l'app funziona solamente così, quindi la utilizzi o la disinstalli. Ho optato per la seconda.

For email templates, we have the (1) Custom templates on the Awesome plan with all customizations and the (2) Classic templates that you can adjust the logo and subject on the Free plan.
For your other concern, could you please let us know if you're looking to have customers to be able to leave multiple reviews inside 1 review request email? If so, that's totally possible to achieve with either template above.

I pay for this app every month and they won't add the verified badge to newly imported reviews. So now my site has some reviews that say verified and others that do not which does not look good at all. One star
UPDATE: 3/17/2024 I've been using this app since 2020, not sure why its showing differently. Anyway, yesterday I had a small issue that required me to contact support yesterday. While that got resolved, I asked if they would look at my settings to see if there is anything they recommend. They noticed my email to remind customers that their discount code for leaving a review was turned off. I spent the time to design the email and turned it on and immediately got email after email (copies of the emails customers received) and the same problem I posted about 4 years ago persists!) Each review a customer leaves ( I had my emails set to show up to 6 products per order) and if they leave a review for all 6 products, they receive SIX different emails thanking them. AND another SIX emails reminding them that each of the discount codes will be expiring. Irresponsible email marketing for sure. Knowing this, I have only one option, to limit the customer to only one review so that Judge.me stops SPAMMING my customers. So frustrated. Outsourced customer service suggested I get a different app. While I love this app for many reasons, I can't overcome this issue which is HUGE!

Update: My customers are being spammed by Judge.me
My review requests are set up to allow customers to leave multiple reviews for in their order (in my best interest as the seller because I can get several different product reviews from one customers order. Obviously)
Today, Judge.me sent three different discount codes to the same customer. One for EVERY review they left...instead of one email with one discount code, the customer got bombarded with several emails and several different codes (NOT GOOD FOR ME!)
I contacted customer service to see what I did wrong. They said they don't currently have a way to stop this from happening but I can suggest it by sending an email to https://judgeme.featureupvote.com/ this should be done automatically by customer service when a customer encounters an issue. We all know how limited our time is.
I've lowered my review from 5 stars down to 1 because of this issue. The app seems to be working perfectly in all other ways but this a huge issue SPAMMING customers is a sure way to leave a bad impression!
I'll adjust my star review when this issue is fixed. My only other option is to limit customers to one review per order. This customer left three reviews for their order so we can clearly see, we want the customer to be able to leave reviews for multiple items in their order, just don't want them to be spammed. One discount code per order is perfectly acceptable and likely expected by the customer to receive a single reward in this case as well.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm super happy I switched from another app, I should have done it sooner! The integration was really easy and the questions I did have were answered very quickly. Customers are already responding to the review requests. Today I set up the rewards portion and know that I'll be getting even more engagement because of that. Very happy so far!
