Judge.me Product Reviews App

We've been using Judge.me for a couple of years and are very happy with it. It's easy to use, provides good review info on our products, and our customers don't complain about it. Recently, Brian popped up in the chat while I was researching a Judge.me feature and was very helpful. I ended up adding a couple of new widgets.

I can highly recommend the Judge.me app for reviews. Had it on my shop for over a year, no issues whatsoever with collecting and reviewing Reviews. Works seamlessly. Had a bit of a challenge to get DNS verification for the email return path, but the support team helped me out and sorted it within 15min of my contacting them. Shout out to Rodrigo! 5 Star service :)

Judge Me has the best customer service. Their team is available via message anytime I need them and have jumped into our shopify store to make adjustments for me when needed. So helpful!

I like this app, it has taken a while to get used to it. I like that it accepts video and picture reviews and sends coupon codes if you like to choose that. It took a while to get all the pieces working. The showing reviews on google took me a while to set up. I still have some social set to do but the tech help is great, fast and supportive.

The app is quite straightforward/basic, but I give five stars for customer service alone—they provide fast replies and are attentive and helpful. Cheers!

Got great help from Mohammed! Had a couple of issues with the mail and page widget, he fixed it super fast and got some extra hints for me.

This app is great and I definitely recommend it. It's clean formatting and pretty easy to use. The team is always very helpful. As of yet, I have not had any issues using this app. One day we will probably upgrade, but at this point the free version is meeting all of our needs. Other review apps just don't cut it. This is the one to use! :)
