Very responsive and effective customer service! Highly impressed with the app so far!
I started using this application 4 hours ago, after having tried other options for our store. In 3.5 hours, I modified 3 different widgets for 3 different pages, I personized the mail to request the reviews and configured the times in which emails request should be sent to the customer. I am a rookie on this topic of online stores and with other applications I got to take a day and a half to prepare the reviews and with Judge.me, I'm ready in a morning. Another thing, in other applications they charge a lot of money monthly and limit essential functions unless you pay more. Here you have everything under the same cost. Very grateful to the support team for the help and speed clarifying my doubts.
