Prompted by a tease of syndication I migrated to stamped.io with much irritation, had to hire a dev to clean things up - when that fell through I thought of streamlining more into my CRM - BIG MISTAKE - so many limitations and headaches - a whole day I will not get back. Judgeme has THE BEST help desk ready to get into your code and help you make it right. Im a loyalist, this app is one to keep.
I had a quick question about importing reviews and received a very helpful response. Though I forgot the support assistant's name, they went above and beyond by offering to upload my CSV and even provided extra tips for next time. Thank you so much!

Easy to use, the free version is great! I'm just about to delve into the paid version to see how the extra bits work out.
We’ve been using this app for years, and it worked well initially. However, as our number of reviews and products grew, the app began to fail.
Despite reaching out to support, they were unable to resolve the issue. The advanced support team contacted us but didn’t address the core problem.
It’s been days without a solution, and we’re deeply disappointed.

It's an app that actually works without the need of coding, which is rare in Shopify. It also has great customer service, which is additionally rare - on this planet.
