There are many review apps available for Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, but Judge.me definitely shines as a competitor. While the back-end and front-end are easy to use and very intuitive for customers and staff, alike, what put's them above is their customer service and support. Their team is easily accessible and very knowledgeable. Carlos was able to easily understand my issues and questions and able to direct me to the the right documents to solve my questions. He was courteous, prompt and knew the product very well. He also helped me with some styling issues/glitches. 10/10. Well done on the app and most importantly in my mind for all apps, is the support!

Outstanding customer service! I was in the middle of cleaning up my website-adding new products, customizing some product and collection pages, deleting old products, etc. and decided to check my apps to ensure they were all still up-to-date. I noticed Judge.me updated their app so I went to upload the latest version, but I had some issues. It could’ve been because I’m using a custom website template, not a Shopify template, and had to delete the app for reinstallation. It requested my reasoning for the deletion and within 10-15 mins, I received an email from Gena asking if I needed help. She had me back up and going within no time-on a Saturday! I didn’t even have to reach out for help, she reached out to me! That’s great technical support and customer service! Thanks Gena for all your help! I truly appreciate it! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. It explains the reason why Judge.me has a 5 star review. It’s been earned. And, I love the updated version! Keep up the great work!!

Let me say Ron were a huge help!! going above and beyond in helping me set up everything for my Shopify reviews widgets, email etc. LOVE the 24/7 support which allows me to work on my site whenever and always have help available when I need it!! 100% recommend

Abderrahman assisted me with clear instructions and screenshots that guided me on how to embed the necessary code so that my reviews would show on my product page. However, the coding to get the review carousel in the footer of my home page was beyond my abilities and it was no bother for them to collaborate and make changes to my Shopify store to assist me to achieve this. We just set up the app on our store and despite having some issues with the code Ron messaged us quickly and quickly helped sort out everything we needed - he even recommended some features and changes to help our reviews better fit our site and branding. He answered all my questions and our reviews look great and were imported seamlessly! 5 stars for service
