Highly recommended, I ran to an issue, opened up the chat icon, never excpected anything other than a bot, but a real person helped me and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed for free. Great service!
Abderrahman assisted me with clear instructions and screenshots that guided me on how to embed the necessary code so that my reviews would show on my product page. However, the coding to get the review carousel in the footer of my home page was beyond my abilities and it was no bother for them to collaborate and make changes to my Shopify store to assist me to achieve this. Also excellent quick responsiveness to emails which was reassuring - I'm very grateful for your help. Thank you Abderrahman

Amazing! I knew we needed social proof... and I had hundreds of printed reviews from when we launched our first product (MSK-1 Knife) on Kickstarter in 2016. However, we had no mechanism for verified review capture from our excited buyers.
Judge.me made this process painless and VERY affordable.
I was able to prime the pump with reviews from our Amazon best selling products and Judge.me has taken over from there.
Now we have a store that has over 480 legit 4.7+ (average) reviews in just a few months.
An added benefit for the business owner in the trenches, is that daily "hit" of customer love. It's encouraging to see folks who are (at times) even more excited about our knives and gear than I am.
As a product and systems designer and I will say that from start to finish Jugde.me has created the best and most logical user interface of any Shopify apps that we currently use.

We have been using Judge.me for a while for our review collection and find it has been super beneficial and very easy to use and customize. I hope one day there could be an option to upgrade and integrate with Google Customer Reviews (not just product reviews) but I understand that is probably a hurdle with Google itself. Overall very pleased with the app and customer support.
