Wow, I am amazed by the quality of support from Ron, at Judge.me. He was awesome. Asked me if I needed some help, to which I reluctantly said yes. But in less than 20 minutes, he solved my problem and got the reviews to my page, in a specific tab exactly how I wanted it.
Offered to place my logo on the review emails and got my product page looking great.
I would definitely recommend Judge.me to anyone using managing reviews on Shopify.
An affordable and comprehensive way to get reviews that has outperformed the competition on BirdSupplies.com over and over again. Every once in a while I get the urge to try a new reviews app and switch to something that claims to do better, but I've always come back to Judge.me. The numbers and the customer service don't lie.
Speedy response to help with any issues. I had issues with showing the star rating on our collection page, and received a quick response and they went in and fixed it for me. Very happy with the support.
