Judge.me Product Reviews App

This app is fantastic! Since I downloaded it, my reviews have increased, and I really appreciate the ability to add photos—something my previous app lacked. Additionally, the customer service is fast and efficient! I've contacted them a couple of times, and they always respond quickly to resolve my issues. Just today (Black Friday), I reached out for help, and the representative Cassiano assisted me in less than five minutes, which exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer!

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. I appreciate all of the assistance it provides me in procuring honest reviews from my customers. On top of that, their customer service/technical assistance is top notch. I worked with Felix to fix an issue I was having with verification and he was GREAT! Had changed themes and the background colour was not editable. I contacted support and they fixed the issue right away.

So far everything is great. I was surprised that when I installed hte app it took the store language and automatically translated evverything. One less hassle for me. Also the support always quick and efficient when you need them. Amazing!

I encountered some difficulties while installing the app, so I decided to reach out to their support team. I honestly didn't expect an immediate response—maybe within 24 hours? However, to my surprise, I received a reply within just 5 minutes regarding access, and Ismail resolved the issue within half an hour!
