It is a privilege to use the review app from judge.me in my stores. Besides being an app that is easy to install, it has support always at your disposal and offers the option to customize colors, allowing you to match the reviews with your store's theme.
I can't forget Soufiane, who handled one of my support requests. She is an excellent professional, and of course, I want to thank the entire judge.me team for existing.
Setup of the app was a breeze. Ron from Judge.me was fast, friendly and efficient with the app installation.
I've used chat support several times, mainly late at night, but most recently during the day. Surprisingly, the chat team always answers within minutes and gets things taken care of, no matter the time. The app works good right out of the box, but it's fairly customizable as well.

From my early dealings with the app, it's fantastic and integrates well into my website. Han reached out and assisted in personally setting up the app in my Shopify store, provided useful links and was super fast. I'd have to say this is the best customer service I've had outside of our store :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
