I'm still new to the app so I'm still learning how to use it, I was glad to be able to speak to a real person through the help chat and they explained how to do what I wanted easily
My experience with Judge.me is great. The setup process was straightforward, and customer service responded promptly. They helped me resolve my problem. The team member who helped resolve my problem with the last customer review app was Victor. He was very nice, kept me updated, and it took him between 5-7 minutes to solve my problem. I highly recommend Judge.me product reviews for customer reviews and for those who truly value customer service.
I've just installed this app and had my loyal customers write reviews - customers who always order personally, at markets or other offline ways. The team was very helpful to verify all of those reviews for me with proof of purchase I provided them.
