I absolutely love Judge.me. It is a great product with unbelievable support. I was having an install issue and it was Sunday...so i uninstalled to reinstall and received an email from the president because I had uninstalled. I replied because I wanted the app...and stated the difficulty i was having and he began addressing my issue. That was amazing. The tech support representative answered every question, gave me all the info i needed to understand how to gain reviews for my very small business on the free plan; and fixed everything. I am a Judge.me customer. And will upgrade to the paid plan.
The app itself is useful, actionable and important for every seller. But the customer support is something else. Probably the fastest response to solution experience I ever had with a customer services. Bravo!
