I can't say enough good things about this company! every person is very friendly, patient and helpful! I was able to resolve any issue and get everything set up easily. if i had a problem they would instantly get back to me over chat. I have had this app for many years and highly recommend!

I can highly recommend the Judge.me app for reviews. Had it on my shop for over a year, no issues whatsoever with collecting and reviewing Reviews. Works seamlessly. Had a bit of a challenge to get DNS verification for the email return path, but the support team helped me out and sorted it within 15min of my contacting them. Shout out to Rodrigo! 5 Star service :)

Highly recommend this app, it's seamless and works (and looks) great. But, it's the support that really stands out. I received a pro-active email from them when they spotted that I needed to verify an email address, which I really appreciated and am not certain I'd have otherwise caught. The support I then received was super fast and efficient (and kind and patient), Victor walked me through the process and then the follow up support I received from Han, Claudio, Hakima, Brian and Carlos was also fast and efficient.... thank you all!
