Amazing app, they helped me set up my product reviews fast and without any issues.

Customer service is excellent and their response rate is better than any other app ever. Judge.me is great because it is a completely free review app and the designs are good. Overall this exceeded my expectations.

This review app does everything I need and then some, and it's not expensive at all for the Awesome Plan.
Wound up abandoning Yotpo for Judge.Me, and now I have more features, cheaper pricing, and their support team is amazing.
Very quick to reply, assisted and installed things for me when I couldn't figure it out, and got it all done while we were engaged in the Chat feature.

All I can say is that Brian is EXCELLENT. He went above and beyond. He needs a promotion and/or a raise for sure. I could not have gotten through the installation without him. Thank you Brian.

The technical support team is shockingly swift in replies and technical guidance.
For users/customers like me, who always feel distanced because 1)I know nothing about computer coding, 2) there is no way to reach most online offices now via a phone call,
judge.me technical team is able to respond promptly to my queries in times of distress: ROUND THE CLOCK. I emailed them a few times between Singapore time 11am - 2pm, and Andrew responded. I emailed them again between 4pm to 8pm, and Fatima responded.
Very heartening to see such swift replies to help me.
It is so scary for me, but they helped me promptly every time.
