I am very happy with judge.me - the App works great, has a ton of features for customization, incredibly fast support. Also integrates easily with Google Product reviews so my reviews show when users search for my brand. 5 well-deserved stars.

There's a reason why Judge.me is rated #1. Their reviewing platform is top notch, and what I really like is that they DO NOT mess with which reviews are displayed, but simultaneously CAN ONLY verify reviews, so it makes it where it's a joint effort to keep authenticity and transparency to the customer. When a customer clicks on the review, they're up front of the functionality the store has vs their role in reviewing, which just leads to increased sales due to growing an authentic audience.
Their support team is also amazing. The four or five times I've reached out about different things (small questions, or problems we run into), the team was quick to answer and is always friendly! Never had anything go unsolved.

Just began implementing the app and needed some assistance.
I must say, the support was quick and accommodating. Leandro and Rodrigo worked seamlessly together, and after granting access to our Shopify store, the problems were solved quick. They even offered additional help if needed.
