Great customer service!! Like with any other software, things go wrong sometimes. When I had an issue, it was easy to write to their support team and I received a response almost instantaneously. They worked really fast to provide a solution and ensure I could continue using the feature I needed. I wish every software provider would have such great service.

I've been using Shopify for a while, tried many apps for reviews. This one has proven to be by far the greatest, but also the simplest. It looks good, it fits well in the store's design and it offers all the features. Thing is, the free plan here is actually decent and the paid plan is fairly priced. It only has the 1 plan, not 5 like some other apps have. On top of that, the support is incredibly fast and rly nice. Great app.
