The implementation of the app is made in a way that is self explanatory and also easy to implement. The customer support was AMAZING. My problems were understood quickly and resolved to the point. No automated answers but real humans, really eager to help you out. One of the best customer supports I ever had. Can recommend 10/10.

I’m new to using Judge.me, and I’m still learning my way around. I had an issue late at night and sent a message around 11:30 PM EST. To my surprise, I received a response within minutes, and my problem was quickly resolved. I’m extremely pleased with the fast turnaround time and the excellent support I received. It’s great to know I can count on such responsive and helpful customer service!
