Well designed and performant app for ensuring quality reviews. It’s great.
Currently I've just installed the app to test it in a store that has yet to be published, but so far the app looks good. I found a small translation error, which Soufiane helped solve in a very quick and skilled manner with complete transparency of what they did in order to solve it.
Also, for everyone that has a store in a language that is not in one of the languages mentioned in the "About this app" section, don't worry; these languages only refer to the admin languages. There are many more to choose from when selecting the language for the Widget and notification emails.

I am again pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I had some translation errors in the review widget, and Abderrahman helped resolve them perfectly - he is very skilled and also such a nice person to chat with!
It's an amazing app with incredible customer service at a great price. Running a small business is hard but Ron from support made it a little bit easier. If you are looking for a great review app, you just found it.
I've used Shopify reviews for years; I recently got a notice that it was going away and I had to find a new app. After much research I landed on Judge.me, I can only speak to the customer service so far, but it has been outstanding. I used the Chat and the gentleman I was working with went above and beyond to help me smoothly integrate the new app into my website. He even helped add in all of my old reviews for me.

Great app. You can have reviews and rating on your store while also importing reviews from aliexpress. Their support team is incredibly helpful and responds swiftly
