So far my only experience with the app is with the technical support, which has been amazing! I was given expert help with the set up of the widget on my website and it took all the pain out of dealing with it myself. Very happy with the service I received.
Customer service was extremely helpful with the setup. They took care of everything including transferring reviews from another app for me.
