Customer service is excellent and their response rate is better than any other app ever. Judge.me is great because it is a completely free review app and the designs are good. Overall this exceeded my expectations.

Great product with even better service! We has a small issue with Google console producing an error and Hakima in support had it sorted out within 30 mins of our initial email to them. Awesome!
Judge.me has great support, I had an issue with loading reviews properly (probably because I set something up incorrectly!) I chatted them and they fixed it in under five minutes! Great app!
