there is tech issue with importing reviews from amazon, but this team help me out.
Victor was incredibly helpful and kind helping me remove all of our old codes and widgets from another company and to install Judgeme to replace all of them. It would have taken me forever to figure out but he had it done in less than 20 minutes. I am very happy with this product so far!

I needed a bit of handholding on my 1st campaign and I had to go back and forth almost 10 times. The same email trail, but different agents responded. All 10 SUPER helpful!!!!!

Great customer service
Setup of the app was a breeze. Ron from Judge.me was fast, friendly and efficient with the app installation.
I'm using the free version and there are many variations to choose from.
I had an issue with something I didnt understand and the support team literally answered in less then a minute, and they also made the configuration for me.
I was away from the pc and came back after 6 hours and asked them another thing, they again answered me in less then a minute, they are very informative and they are answering my questions very thoroughly
