Very fast excellent service!
I am not really computer savvy and I could not figure out why my reviews were now showing up. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the chat and a real person that could help me Abderrahman was more than helpful and got everything fixed in less than 10 min and fyi it was user error ( ME) lol) that it was not right in the first place I really like the Judge.me even more now
Very easy to setup & use, has a lot of features. Had a small schema issue but Victor from the support team helped me with a very detailed solution. Highly recommended app.

We just set up the app on our store and despite having some issues with the code Ron messaged us quickly and quickly helped sort out everything we needed - he even recommended some features and changes to help our reviews better fit our site and branding.
