Fantastic, easy to use app! This is the simple truth -- I only wish I knew about Judge.me sooner. The app has everything I need; including sending review requests to past buyers and importing reviews from other sources. The help has always been super responsive and documentation easy to follow. This is a must have when starting a Shopify store!
I only had once the experience to contact with the Customer Support. Abraao is the name of the gentleman who assisted me when I really needed help. Someone give him a big raise because he does his job way too good.
The team is very helpful every time I reach out.
They are also very patient with me as I make changes.

Just installed this app - easy to install and when I ran into an issue I received a prompt reply to my request for assistance! Up and running within just a few hours! So far so good!

Great app - way cheaper than any other review option. Has all the customizations you need. Only wish is that you could really easily bulk "delete" review reminders (I'm talking thousands at a time).
