Soufiane was very helpful and he fixed a little challenge I had with installing the app into my website. Great customer service. Can't wait to fill the reviews up on the website!
I have installed the app and let it do it's magic. I do get reviews automatically for the products sold both online and instore if the customer has left an email address. But I have not ventured into the more advanced awsome version as I feel I need to be in the zone to look at it, which is not now.
What's not to like? Ease of use and we keep getting reviews!

The support on this app is unparalleled. Even though I'm currently on the Free plan, I can reach out to chat and within minutes they will customize my widget design for me, tweaking it until I feel like it's right. Felix is very patient with me and it definitely helps me to give the right experience to my customers.

Overall the app is great and their support is top-notch! I wish there was some ability to configure the All Reviews widget since it's hard to get it to match my branding and configure the layout.
