Absolutely amazing experience. The team over at Judge.me know what they are doing. I have quite a big site with over 10k reviews and they were fantastic at importing them and adjusting them from another site.
I would 100% put my faith of reviews and emails into them as they are an easy team to get a hold of and just do an amazing job!
I updated my Shopify theme and didn't even think about updating the Judge.me widget. I quickly received an email from Judge.me letting me know to update the widget, AND they included links in the email to make it super easy. Talk about surprise and delight!
Installation and customization is fairly easy overall. We had a little trouble with a few different widgets, but the customer support team was quick to respond. Igor was the man! He helped us to manually install the code required for the widgets. He also provided answers to questions about importing reviews. Their Support Team has been very responsive every time we contact them. App is overall easy to use and Awesome Plan contains many useful features for the monthly fee versus similar apps with much higher costs. However, I think the Free Plan would benefit many small stores just starting out who may have very tight budgets.
