This app have been so easy to work with, and the support that comes with it is excellent. We were using a different review app, and for some reason it had stopped working, we had previously installed Judge.me Reviews, so decided to get in touch with them, Talked to Igor from support and within minutes, we had our reviews brought through, installed on our site, and they are working and looking great. Thanks heaps Igor and the team. AWESOME.
So far so good I didn’t even get two minutes into the app before this lovely lady Jess popped up and went straight to work. She did an awesome job helping me into widgets into my store. I would definitely recommend this app to anybody that is working on a online business.
App works great like its advertised, lots of easy customization for the widget, easy integration with our stores theme. Automatic emails sent to customers asking for product reviews and they have great response with the customers. What I also really enjoy about this app is that if you actually need help their fast to respond via the chat box.
Judge.me is fantastic. Their customer service is so prompt and helpful. I cannot say enough great things.
