I have not used it yet but only chatted with support and Cassiano was very helpful in answering my questions and also helped with the 15 day free trial of the awesome plan.
We only have the free plan right now as we build up our customer base but the quick support to customize the look of the app on our pages has been second to none! I looked at a lot of apps to replace the retiring Shopify review app and this has worked out the best. Recommended 100%
Support is always so helpful. Whenever I have an issue (mostly when I have to upgrade my theme etc) they are so quick to respond back and kindly assist.

Great option for adding reviews to your shop. Customer service is quick to help and setup your review widget to match your website. Abderrahman was awesome to work with and fixed my issues.
