I have not used it yet but only chatted with support and Cassiano was very helpful in answering my questions and also helped with the 15 day free trial of the awesome plan.
I have been using Judge.me on my online store for more then a year and couldn't be happier. It looks great and the team behind it are fast in solving issues and help. Very reccomended.
