I just downloaded this app, and imported some comments to my shopify, which works very well! Top function!
So far I like the app. Its fairly simple to navigate. The best part is the support - super quick service which makes it all worth it.
Thanh was incredible. I needed help putting reviews on my Cart Page and I pinged her. Within 5 minutes it was done. Seriously some of the best customer support I've ever encountered.

カスタマーサポートも親切で、ライブチャットですぐに対応していただけます。過去には顧客の実名が表示されるなどの不具合もありましたが、改善されました。システムのアップデートも定期的に行われているようです。
1点、顧客がレビューを投稿した際や、こちらでレビューを編集した際にJudge.meより顧客にメールが届くようなのですが、メールの内容が店舗側では把握できない部分が常々感じている不安要素ではあります。
写真投稿機能がある限り、今後も使い続けたいです。
