Love the app....but the tech support is AWESOME!!! The app is so easy to use and gives us the polished touch. A must have for anyone looking to build trust with their online community of customers.
I was in a hurry to save my reviews and get something else working. I installed Judge Me Reviews, made some selections, but it didn't seem to work. I contacted them, and they fixed it. Well, OK, not exactly. Reviews were showing up at the bottom of the page, not in the right column where reviews were supposed to go. They fixed that, too! Then I noticed, with a dark star color, I could not read "Write a Review" in black, and I asked if it could be white. They fixed that! This is pretty fantastic service for a free app! Who knows, I may upgrade to the $15/mo plan in the future. Hey, also they started showing some reviews I had not seen from Shop! Fantastic!

Not only did he quickly resolve my issue, but he also personalized the widget with my logo and adjusted the colors to match my brand.
