Really great customer support with this app! I was having a hard time importing some reviews, and they collaborated and helped me out within minutes. Also prompted me to help add a few customizations without me even having to ask.

This was my first time using a rating app, and I have had such an easy set up process including some great assistance from Ron a member of the app. I would reccomend this to anyone who is new to these apps as the set up process was very simple and not over complicated. It also looks amazing on my webpage!

jess helped out a lot the issue was on my part and she was very patient and helpful!
