jess helped out a lot the issue was on my part and she was very patient and helpful!
I wanted to change the location of the reviews on my product pages. I contacted support and they took care of it immediately! Highly recommend this app!

The app itself is useful, actionable and important for every seller. But the customer support is something else. Probably the fastest response to solution experience I ever had with a customer services. Bravo!

You built the transparency medals, but where is your transparency when you discreetly removed our chat
We're very sorry that this happened. It's surprising for us as well that the chat history is not showing. We have contacted our chat provider to get this sorted.
