I've been looking to change my review app for a while now, and recently moved to Judge.me. The process of moving my companies reviews over was really easy, and setting up the widgets on my website nice and easy too. Love this app so much more than my previous, Stamped, which I'd used for about 5 years, but getting charged still for all the extras Judge.me includes, was getting a bit silly. So pleased I moved over, and a special thanks to Fatima today for answering all my questions to understand and tweak a few things. Happy to leave this review :)
This app is so easy to use and for someone managing my website myself, the customer service is second to none. Would absolutely recommend.
Definitely a must-have. Also, it imports the reviews from Shop sales channel (shopify). The app is very flexible and I just upgraded to Awesome so I can collect the reviews from the past orders. WOW!

i needed help and cassiano a customer rep helped me out and he was very efficient i did not have to go back and fourth with him like many other customer service from other companies. he was very quick and helpful
I was having issues uploading the review app because I'm technically challenged and then out of the blue judge.me tech help popped up and performed a miracle. Jess had the review app up and running quicker than lightning. She was like a Genie in a bottle, bless her. I could talk about her all day but I better leave some room for the app. Thanks Jess
The review app looks wonderful on my store and matches the colour theme I have. It is so important to have reviews and I had held off for a year thinking I would be paying big money for the app. Not so with judge.me review app, it was free and that is what small business owners need. It looks amazing and professional and I know it will help with the hesitant shoppers. Win Win
