I've only just installed the app so this is not a review for the app itself but for the customer service. Let me just say that if the actual app performs half as well as Abaão on my customer care team, then you've got an outstanding platform.
Our site is heavily coded so installing something is not an easy task for me - a lot of questions, a lot of uncertainty. Abraão took over and made sure that we were set in 15 minutes. Headache averted! Give 'em a raise as it's so well deserved!
