This was my first experience with Judge.me support. I've had the app installed for months, but recently upgraded. The support team was awesome. The features are amazing, and the team helped to resolve all my questions. This app has a high potential of making a massive difference when it comes to rewarding customers and obtaining media / content from customers.
I have nothing to complain about so far. I used a different review program for a previous brand i had and it was costing me an absolute fortune each month. Judge Me might not be the prettiest option but it does the job very well. Support was also amazing when i had a small issue that they got fixed straight away.
I am in onbaording process: You will get first class support within seconds. Everything is easy to understand, perfectly documented. Code is provided in a ready to use manner and everythjing just works right away. No issuies whatsoever.
