Judge Me has the best customer service. Their team is available via message anytime I need them and have jumped into our shopify store to make adjustments for me when needed. So helpful!

Perfect work! I wanted to modify the layout and colors of the components, and they patiently answered my questions. They even directly helped me adjust the code to achieve the desired effect. Extremely professional and very patient!

We've been using Judge.me for a couple of years and are very happy with it. It's easy to use, provides good review info on our products, and our customers don't complain about it. Recently, Brian popped up in the chat while I was researching a Judge.me feature and was very helpful. I ended up adding a couple of new widgets.

The customer service for this app is TOP TIER. I was adding the UGC media widget and there was a feature I wanted to change the appearance of to streamline visual overwhelm.

Highly recommend, great customer service and easy to work with. The apps work amazing, and I got assistance from "Felix" who provided exceptional service. I found no issues and the one I thought I had I forget to refresh the page. :) I would use this review app over any other. You can't go wrong.

This app is great and I definitely recommend it. It's clean formatting and pretty easy to use. The team is always very helpful. As of yet, I have not had any issues using this app. One day we will probably upgrade, but at this point the free version is meeting all of our needs. Other review apps just don't cut it. This is the one to use! :)

Judge.me Product Reviews App is great. It works well with my Shopify shop. It requests reviews from customers on a regular basis. The staff have helped me with any questions that I have asked and answered them promptly.
