The customer service and support is incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to help with all app implementation and they are quick to respond! They've asked all of my questions and have held my hand through the addition of Judge.me to our website--both desktop and mobile versions. I would recommend Judge.me to anyone looking to roll out a reviews widget for products!!

I was facing review alignment issue. Support team is prompt to solve the issue. Fixed it within few mins. Thanks Han for support.

Very limited in the free version. I don't see the need to pay $15/month for a custom email template.
I'd pay once to get it unlocked but the monthly fee is killer on a small, low volume, shop.

Also, PoS transactions don't properly update if contact info is changed, so emails don't go out automatically, and there's no way to manually update either.

I see value in the app, but I have trouble even telling what extra I'd get for $15/month.

On the plus side, support answered my question within a couple hours on the weekend. So that's nice that they're quick to reply.
