Judge.me is easy to use, and while the free tier plan has bare bones functionality, it still does what it's supposed to, and does it well. If you really want to customize your outgoing emails, or integrate with plugins like Smile.io for rewarding customers with incentives to leave reviews, you'll have to upgrade.
Support and functionality is 10/10. Does everything I need it to do and more. The support we received from Ron was exceptional. Not only did he resolve all our questions by updating our site, he also suggested and added additional changes that helped to streamline the look and feel with our site. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks!
