Shortly after I downloaded the app, I had a lot of questions. A chat window popped up from Ron asking if I needed any help. I needed alot of help getting started!!! Oh my goodness, creating a new website and all the components is a bit overwhelming. Ron was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions for the tasks I was trying to complete.
