We're very happy with the automation, we've gained dozens of reviews in only a few weeks that we never would have been able to get -- at least without much extra effort! Tied with our rewards program it's easier than ever to get people to take the few minutes to leave a positive review.
Tried the free plan for a few months before now stepping into the paid plan. Mohamed is amazing in helping me get my footing as there were a few things to work around. Still getting it all up and running, but so far the experience is solid enough to invest in the upgrade fee.
Gabriel helped sort out several settings for our shop. It was patient, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful!! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you!
Easy to install, the interface on the product pages look really nice with a lot of options for customization. Would highly recommend if you're switching from the Shopify Reviews App
Ann helped me out greatly with the Judge.me app. She cleared up all confusion & was extremely helpful & informative. The app overall is such a must for your online store, I couldn't recommend it enough!
This review app does everything I need and then some, and it's not expensive at all for the Awesome Plan.
Wound up abandoning Yotpo for Judge.Me, and now I have more features, cheaper pricing, and their support team is amazing.
Very quick to reply, assisted and installed things for me when I couldn't figure it out, and got it all done while we were engaged in the Chat feature.
The app works great, is easy to follow, and Support are quick to help when we have contacted them, especially Hakima.
I know there are quite a few review apps out there and I went with Judge.me as it is a tried, true, and highly rated solution. I started with the free plan until I got enough traction to warrant the paid version, which is still very cost effective. Not only has the product been solid and has loads of features, but I had an issue with something displaying that I did not want and Don responded within a half hour at 11PM PST. I certainly wasn't expecting a resolution that evening, but Don took care of it right away. Great customer service and product!
