Only just jumped onboard but really impressed so far. No problem with importing our existing reviews and setting up all the widgets and emails. I had a question that was answered very promptly so pleased with the support. Overall, would thoroughly recommend.

I worked with Abraao to get everything set up. He walked me through the process step by step and helped me get things working. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to do each thing. I asked a lot of questions and he had the answers right away. I can't wait to start collecting reviews for my products!

Was using the app on the free version, everything was fine. Then I wanted some extra features so I upgraded and paid the $15USD. i wanted to stop paying the $15 and revert to the previous version but the snakes do not allow you to do this. You have to cancel the App altogether. I find this deceptive and unethical. Shopify do better!
