Super application, beaucoup de personnalisations possibles même sans prendre le forfait le plus cher (personnalisation des emails de demande d'avis, choix de la fréquence d'envoi, import d'avis via un fichier CSV, modération). Le tableau de bord est très complet et très intuitif, on peut gérer tous les avis d'un seul endroit, consulter les avis par produit ou par date de création, répondre aux avis, voir les statistiques des produits les mieux notés, ceux avec le moins de notes...
Le support est aussi très réactif, merci à Soulaimane qui m'a répondu en quelques minutes !
