So far so good. Customer service live chat was prompt at answering questions, even on a Sunday. I find it to be a better value at $15/month for the upgraded plan, as opposed to their main competitor at $35/mo. Competitor caps you for email review requests depending on plan level + make you upgrade to their $35/month plan for SEO integration.

Within minutes of downloading the app within Shopify I had a team member names Jess send me a message asking if I needed help getting everything set up. She added the review functions to all the pages, adjusted the colour scheme to match our website and adjusted the font sizes. This is the best customer experience I have had with a tech product.
