Judge.me Product Reviews App

I switched from another review app to judge.me and I could'nt be happier. Not only am I paying much less per month with this app, I could'nt be happier with their customer service. It is top notch!

I like this app, it has taken a while to get used to it. I like that it accepts video and picture reviews and sends coupon codes if you like to choose that. It took a while to get all the pieces working. The showing reviews on google took me a while to set up. I still have some social set to do but the tech help is great, fast and supportive.

Felix was extremely helpful!!! I needed help with something that was taking me about an hour to figure out and he took a couple minutes to get the job done!!!

We are a new business and love the app so far. I had a question about authentication and a score we received. I contacted Judge.me through the chat and Jess was able to assist. She explained how the customer reviewer was verified. I was able to send her screen shots of the customers who had not been verified (showing orders and the great reviews).
