I love how the free plan offers just what a startup needs to collect reviews - I am able to personalize the emails and schedule them out for whatever time frame you choose. customer service was super fast and helpful when I had a question too! I highly recommend!

I noitced that there was no text on the reviews on the website after changing theme, within 10/15 minutes Hoang had sorted the bug and put the fix into place. Very quick efficient service
