youtubeでおすすめされていたので使ってみました。最低限のレビューができれば良かったので英語ですが使ってみました。やはり分からないことは出てきましたが、日本語を翻訳で英語にした、きっとわかりにくい英語で質問しましたがとても丁寧に、すぐに返信をいただけて安心して使うことができました。

The onboarding was seamless and quick. I had some additional customizations and questions, and received a pop up message I thought was from an automated chat agent. But it was a real person named Ron, who helped me get things set up perfectly. It saved me a lot of time and the reviews look great on the site. This is a huge upgrade from the old Shopify reviews app. Thanks Ron!
