This is going to be maybe the most honest review I've ever given.
I was working with a big review app, maybe the biggest for one of my stores and I had a few problems there with importing my reviews, the response I got from the apps customer service was how to solve the issue and to talk to them when it solved, so basically I was trying to solve the issue for the past 2 weeks and after I had enough with trying to solve it I switched my review app to this one, Judge.me which I am using for my 2 other stores. I had the same problem here with the importing but the difference was Bilal, this guy from the apps customer service was with me for almost 6 hours!! solving any problem I had with the import process and making sure everything was running smothly. In general, I am working with this app for a couple of months now and everything is just perfect! and if it doesn't these guys will be with you till it's solved. Not the first time they are with me for a few hours till things are solved, really appreciate you guys and I am definitely will work only with you from now on. Again thank you :)
