This app is incredible and the support has been astounding! Whenever I could not figure something out, Support gave me solutions and sometimes in the form of a screen shot. Often they would just go right into the app settings and adjust things for me which saved me time and overwhelm! Within just minutes of activating old orders, we received 4 x 5 star customer reviews.. INCREDIBLE!! And I got email notifications to say such and such has just left a review. I also LOVE that this app sends an automated discount code to the customer (which I created). What a FANTASTIC incentive for them to a) want to leave a 5 star review and b) come back to our store.
